The collection contains more than 2,500 prints of various subjects that date variously from the 16th to the 20th Century. Among them is an array of 17th Century engravings that reproduce scenes from Italian masterpieces, subjects inspired by the French Revolution, geographic maps, topographic maps, and images from 17th-19th Century atlases, as well as groups of prints by, among others, Stefano della Bella, Jacques Callot and Carlo Labruzzi. A unique series of prints illustrate Tuscan proverbs, the fine work of 18th Century engraver, Carlo Lasinio.
